At you leisure you can relax lakeside on your private deck which features a built-in bar or enjoy the Lakeview swimming pool nearby! In either case you can see the ever changing lake scenery from the vantage point of your choosing. Additionally, this unit features an in-unit washer and dryer, very rare at the Heron Bay complex. Golfing, Boat Rentals, and Lakeview Dinning are all nearby. A boat slip is also available for an additional charge. This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.

There is a 3 night minimum rental term. Discounted prices on rental terms in excess of 14 days can be negotiated.
